68 headliner... teal or medium blue?

i'm going to be getting a new headliner for my 68 and i can't figure out what color i should be getting. theres a teal and a medium blue available, the medium blue has a picture but the teal doesn't. the one in it right now is stock and i want the same color. i've been told that the medium blue is a stock color and the teal isn't, i don't know if thats true though.

and i'm planning on getting this from paddock (good idea?/bad idea?/better ideas?)

Here are the options for interiors in 68:
 B=   Blue
 Bh= Black houndstooth
 Bk= Black
 G=  Gold
 R=  Red
 Ih= Ivory houndstooth
 Pb= Parchment black
 T=  Turquoise
 W= White
