I found a 68" SS396 Camaro this past weekend with hope's to buy, and I am trying to find out how many SS396 Camaro's were produced in 68'. Have not found any info. Can anyone send me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info.
This 68' Camaro has the turbo 400, blacked out tail panel, original SS 5/spoke mags, etc. White extrerior and black interior. Its in real bad shape though. Hit a pole, and has been sitting for the past 30 years and is rusted out really bad. Front end is mangled and the engine has been shoved towards the right side of the engine bay. Needs alot of work. Not sure if its worth it.

Wow that certainly sounds like a project. But anythings possible. And if it is a true SS and you restore it Exactly back to stock, that will be worth a fortune!

How much do they want for it and where is it at? An orginal stock big block SS is worth some $$$, not to mention fun as hell to drive.
