what's the average cost of a 1969 project car?? and what's the best place to look??
i would start with a shell and a 2 axles if need be!!

Well, I'm not sure where you would put the that second axle...
You can get a good idea what the market is doing by looking on eBay...

there really is no average cost. some people look to start with a $1500 rotbox and others look to start with a solid car that's around $15,000
all depends on your capability, budget, and how nice you want to go
you are better off just surfing the internet to get a ballpark figure
