Anybody have a good, reliable total weight figure for a '69 Z/28? Thanks.

32-34?
I've gotten a lot of guesses and very little info after searching the web extensively yesterday, the only firm figure I found (and I don't know what that was based on) was 3,240 pounds. I can find specs for just about anything in, on, or near a first gen. Camaro, but I cannot (so far) find a reliable weight figure. It should be pretty near the same weight as a base V-8 Camaro, but there could be differences if the base car had AC, etc.as the Z/28 was not available with AC or auto tranny.

when I had a smallblock, my car weighed in at exactly 3100 pounds with a half tank of gas with no rear seat installed

I have '69 396 convertible and the title weight is 3700. If your car is driveable, I would take it to a DOT truck scale place(like on the interstate) and ask someone there to please weigh it. Then you'll know what your's really weighs.

I just weiged my 68" with a small block and it dressed out at 3470. Hope that helps.

Thank you for that! Actually, that sounds about right as my Z/28 was titled at 3,385 lbs. and actual weight is usually a little more than registration weight.

Just go to any truck stop and you can weigh it for like $5, also sometimes the truck scales on the freeways will let you weigh too.
