700R4 Shifter Conversion

Has anyone used the shifter conversion kit for the stock 69 horseshoe to accomadate the 700R4? If so how does it work?

I haven't used it, but all it does is change the shifter detent locations. pretty straightforward stuff

I'm gonna give it a shot.

I can't imagine that it would be all that hard, since it is actuating a rod that moves a lever...  Seems pretty easy just in theory... But then again it may be a different story when you get into it...
