It is a stamped number where he is talking about on the deck surface of the block

It is a stamped number on the block, on a ledge, passenger side, right behind the alternator.

Cool so now it starts, runs and stops.. whats next on your list of things to do...
CKK is an early 70's 350 low compression motor...unless someone's reworked it....You never know...

There is a lot to do, but I am working on electrical and dash components right now. Someone stole the stereo out of it when the former owner had it and total smashed all the lower dash parts getting it out.
Sooo...while I sort out engine and under dash wiring I am pulling out smashed parts.
Lots and lots to do, we will see what time and money allows :)
