ive replaced the altenator,and the belt......all the fuses are new, all the wires are hooked up.....but my battery is still draining even when the car is running......anyone had this problem before?

Replaced the battery? Hooked up a volt meter to see what the voltage reads as it is charging? Serpintine belt?, Running backwards?
