I found my engine code finally! It ends with the suffix "DN".. According to one site that makes it a 1968 307 (

On other sites it runs as a 327.. I am totally new to this so please forgive my ignorance on the subject matter.. With that said, just surfing around the internet, the smallest V-8 available on a 1968 Camaro was a 327. (Once again, this is from the info I could find on the internet)
Also, in the link I provided above, the side notes says manual transmission with a H.D. CLutch and my car is an automatic (2 speed 'Glide which codes out as a '68)
The motor was rebuilt and bored over .30, and the casting numbers on the heads put those as '62-'64 small block Chevy heads so it looks as though the heads were swpped at one point.
I would love to positively identify this motor. Any suggestions?
