My Dad is going for a big job interview tomorrow. If he gets the job, he'll be making $60,000 more on top of what he makes already. He's really excited, and my mom is like crying and moping around. WTF?
I think she's upset because if he gets it, Her and I won't see him much

What should I say to her? She has a very short fuse so keep that in mind.

Sounds a little
to me.
I've never known a married couple to love each other SO much, that when the husband was getting a job that would add $60,000 to the household income, the mom/wife started crying about it... Especially for a married couple that's been married for a while (10 years? 20? more?). Maybe for a couple that's been dating (not married) for a year or so, I could POSSIBLY see the girl getting upset about not seeing the boyfriend as much.
I'm not saying that all married couples hate each other or should hate each other, but I think it's a little weird that your mom would literally be crying at the thought of not getting to see your dad quite as much while he was off earning 60 more thousand. Sounds like something else might be up.

Honestly, in my family i wouldnt say anything and let them do their own thing.. ive got my own job and with school i dont see either of my parents til after 9 and even then i dont see em for more than a couple minutes.
