do ya'll think a 600cfm eldelbrock carb should flow enough for a 320hp motor. or should i just save up for a 670 street avenger, or is that to big for now. bc i'm planning on gettng heads, msd ignition, 268 cam. in the next couple of months. thanks

I have a 650 thunder AVS on mine, over 350 HP. had a 750 performer, before that. Seemed like the 750 just dumped too much in, and dont have the "hesitation" when I punch it to the floor with the 650-- that I had with the 750. Imagination? Maybe. Plus, I can adjust when the secondaries open with the AVS. Sooo.. My opinion? a 600 or 650 is plenty big enough for under 400 HP.

do you recomend the holley street avenger 670 or the edelbrock avs 650, since there around the same price? thanks

My opinion...The AVS 650. You will probably get alot of differing opinions, but if you ask around, most people will say the holleys are very good, and they are...but also very finicky, and need to be tuned often.
Edelbrocks are pretty much bolt on, tune it right, and thats it. Havent touched mine in over a year.
