haha.. i was jsut about to quote that.  Dont mess with a Vette.. and dont think you can beat a Ferrari with a Integra with 10k worth of mods.  lmfao. im glad it was crushed.  get some real american muscle and race it at the strip like real men.

ive never seen a 350hp engine beat a corvette or ferrari especially not in a honda

I saw a honda with 600... but to the front.. Thats kinda sad... I wouldnt be happy if they crushed my car... but mostly ricers race in dumb locations like busy public highways and freeways. When I had my Mustang I had hondas pulling up next to me and wanting to run on busy highways and intersections, a GTI even tried to race me on a two lane road, he tried coming around me but i pulled forward and he got stuck on the wrong side of the road by the barrier... Their heads just arent screwed on right... Most of em talk like they have no education and they dress like some sort of white rapper... Your hard pressed to see someone with a Camaro, Mustang... Anything american... thats like that.. Only a few cases have i seen a ricer with a Chevy pick up with a 4cyl. or a ford escort.

Ricers piss me off...tuners are one thing, but ricers are just retarded.  Plus, 10K worth of mods and you only get 350 hp, what a rip!  Plus, beating a vette with that, unlikely!

you will all probly call me dirty names and what not but i feel really bad for those guys just imagine you maro under the crush all the cash and time youve spent in it all the memorys and to watch you time and effort get smashed dude id cry even if they are ricers they still love there cars

nic thats the way i feel... its all they got ya know.. yeah they diserve it... but how many times have you seen camaros racing on the street or going down the interstate at 110+ who cares about learning your lesson... **** everything those guys worked for is gone... you can dish out on them for what type of car the prefer.... yeah some of them are dumb and stupid... but most of the tuners that are classified as ricers are either stupid or there car is completely wrong and slow... but if they just make stupid comments like yeah my mustang is powered by vtech... then most guys like that are just young and dont know ****... i feel bad for them.... to see a 4cyl that started out from the factor with 120hp... have over 350hp thats nice... thats like a camaro going from 320hp roughly to around 600hp... thats alot even for a camaro.. imean over 200hp added.... still makes that 4cly at least hang with a z28... thats something to be proud of...

i just think its wrong.. they should take there car and liscens for a year... strip anything thats classified as stollen out and give them there car back after a year... at least that... i mean **** if its stollen the cops just crushed it -_- why not give it back... i had a pocket rocket 4 wheeler get stollen from my lil 6 yearold brother... 800$ and we found where it was and the cops would not get it.. said that just cuz the people had the same serial number as us wrote down somewhere that it was theres... bullshit...

I've heard of a slap on the wrist but that's a full out boot *&%$. Why was there and O.P.P there?, and I agree that they could strip the hot parts and seize the vehicle for a year. Most "ricers" put their all into their car, I'de be in jail if they did that to me. What I do not understand is if they had a strip close by like the article said, why not use it, could have saved ALOT of emotional and financial distrought.

I agree, crushing is a bit extreme, and probably not the right decision, at least for the legitamately purchased parts.  I'm sure they don't go to the strip because that costs money or something, they probably have some excuse.

Ah thats great, especially that video.  I for one live in California and read about how your car could be crushed if you were caught street racing in Camaro Performers December issue.  I think it is a bit radical but is effective.  The funny thing is that I bet all those street racers who have had their cars crushed have seen The Fast and the Furious.  Personally I believe that if you are stupid enough to street race (any make) that you should have your car crushed.  All this being said from a 16 year old driver in Southern California.  I suppose this just goes to show how smart Chevy guys are.

okay banks but when you and one of your buddys are just crusing at 20 above the speed limit and the cop lists it as a speed contest on your ticket and they freaking crush your camaro then i think youd probly feel differant

They don't crush your car solely on the basis of street racing.  Mainly people that are getting their cars crushed have been caught street racing before, plus their vehicles had stolen or suspicious parts (scratched out stock no., VIN, etc.)
