few questions..

well i've been lookin for a 71-79 camaro for the past few months..no luck finding one >.> when i do somethin goes wrong which makes me waste my car fund..but anyways i was just wondering if i were to get a decent 2nd gen camaro.how do they handle? and how are they at top speeds or just going fast in general? is it a bad thing to push em much? and what do they usually top out at? and 1 last question..whats the big differance between auto and manual..other then shifting etc..by the way im not to smart when it comes to cars..being im just gettin into em

They handle pretty good. I just refreshed my suspension with new springs, shocks & bushings (both rubber & poly) and the handling is great.
Top speeds will obviously vary based on engine & rear gearing. Rewar gearing could be anywhere from around 2.73 to arround 4.11
Most manuals would be 4 speeds and most autos would be 3 speeds

a early 70s 350 or big block tops out around 140, depending on gear, and they handle good, especially if you upgrade your suspension with aftermarket stuff. Also, as to goin hard on it, dont unless its been restored, like anything else old, they have lost some strength over time.

well i deliver pizzas :S so what im also wondering..would it be good to use for that? and thanks for all the help to..but i was really wondering strength wise obout auto and manual? whats the differance.
