Fixing it up?

I've been told if i'm going to have a full-cat back exhaust, CAI, and headers installed that it's cheaper to do it all at once. Is there any truth to that? Also I was told that it's not TOO dificult to throw a cat back exhaust on a camaro? I mean I definitly know how to bolt and unbolt something but if it comes to welds or modifications I'm having someone do it for me. Does anyone have any expirience in that?

I have put many cat-back systems on , its not going to that hard, you could easily do it yourself with some basic tools in under 2 hours, if the exhaust on ur car is stock , then you probably got some rust obviously lol, so if ya got a sabre saw or even a dremmel to cut off the pipes to make them easier to handle , id do that first, The Dremmel has really come in handy of helping cut the bolts on the cat's flange. Yes. It's worth paying the lower labor bill to have it all done simultaneously, given you can afford the parts and labor at one time.  If not, you can always divide it. A cat back system is designed to be a bolt on application for most vehicles. I installed mine with the help of my technical school's lift.  My friend and I installed the system in roughly two hours, and only needed to make a few modifications.  It was a simple install.  I also installed a new direct fit catalytic converter on the car then, too.  

Also true!!! lol, Also dont forget about this though..... if you get it professionally installed, it will be WELDED!!! that measn much less chance of leaking, loosening of th clamps/bands and itll last much much longer 2!! 

^^^Probably right.  But I've heard that the clamps seal and work pretty dang well.
