Find out why it is flooding and change the oil to get the gas out. Changing the starter is not going to cause the engine to flood. Beside the smell what makes you think it is flooded? Does it start & run?

well after many hours of doing this an that i figured out that you have to floor the gas pedal and crank it, i guess that shuts off the fuel pump regulator or sometihing and cause theres already gas in the engine it cranked, thing is i left the pedal to the floor allittle too long and redlined it BIG time, but its running fine, might have lost a little power so this weekend im gonna change the plugs and wires.

CHANGE YOUR OIL!  If your oil smells that bad, it is fuel contaminated.  This will thin the hell out of your oil and wreak havoc internally.
