Flow pac yes or no

hey guys i was thinking of purchasing the Flow Pac from SLP for a first upgrade to my engine, i figured it a pretty good price and a good boost of horsepower (25 hp) but is ther anyone out there who has it or has something better if you can let me know if its a good investment let me know.... thanks a lot
