anyone running their 2.5" tailpipes? Part number 15801?
What I'm really after is having them exit behind the rear wheel, kinda like the originals.
thanks

I HAVE A SET OF F1315801 FLOWMASTER PIPES ON A '68 CAMARO CONVERTIBLE. I WENT TO A MUFFLER SHOP AND PUT THEM ON THE CAR AND MARKED CLOSE TO THE CORRECT ANGLE BEHIND THE WHEEL AND CUT OFF THE REST OF THE PIPE. LOOKS ORIGINAL AND SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD, TOO.

Oh...so they are made to come out to the bumper, you just cut them off at the rear wheel/fender? Any pics?
thanks for the reply.

No, I don't have any pic's. But when you put them under the car, you will see that they bend just below the 1/4 panel and go straight out the back. Just above the bend you can cut them at a slight angle, which is parrallel with the lower 1/4 edge. Anyhow, I'm like you in that I didn't like the look of them big ugly pies sticking out from under the car. At least they could have made the tips chrome or stainless...regards, George
