ok im new to camaro cause i just picked it up yesturday but i got a 83' z28 with a 350 carb and a 700r tranny...but me problem is that i have to coolant i pour water into the radiator and automatically it pours out through the bottom. Me and some friends jacked it up today and when i poured the water i noticed that its pouring somewhere ontop of the flywheel. well my friend said that its most likely a freeze plug and i just wanna know if thats what might be wrong with it...if not let me know your opinions and the best way to fix it thanks in advance

Yep should be a freeze plog, have the same issue as you it sucks cuz you have to take all that crap off to get to it.

If its in the back you have to pull the trans and flywheel.
And if your engine is the original its a 305

Its not hard. The bellhouse bolts seem to be the hardest thing and the easiest way I found to get them out is a long extension that reaches all the way back to the tailshaft and a swivel.
