FT-HS to whoop ass Camaro in 2009?!

Looks like GM's 0-60 in ~5 sec. 400HP 6.0L V8 Camaro will have a tough time fighting off Toyota's 0-60 in ~4 sec. 400HP Hybrid 3.5L V6 FT-HS also said to go production in 2009:

The June '07 print edition of Automobile casually drops a bit of a bombshell in page 30. They report that Toyota has given the FT-HS hybrid sports car the green light for production.

that toyota is mean looking.. looks somewhat like a 350z... would be economical.. good power.. but how much is it gonna sell for??? and i would go with the camaro anyhow.. that white with orange looks pretty nice. hadnt seen that combo

Toyota is shooting for the mid-$30,000 price range.

The white/orange look is actually a small-scale car model, not a fully-built concept...

I highly doubt that car could do 0-60 in 4. 

only thing i like about that car is the color.  end of story
