u want affordable performace? i have some tips. u can order the jegs magazine for free, look in it for the GM replacement coi. it produced 50000 volts, the original one prodec somewhere around 35000. i put that on mine, and i got better gas mileage and even horsepower. try to get some high performace plugs for it too. but i wouldnt get the crossfire plugs for it, my 350 didnt like them very much. i used some AC delco's with very pointy electrodes. top it off with a k&n air filter, and doing an oil and oil filter change would be great for it. i used castrol syntec, and i prefer it, 4.99 a quart, but it made a dam good difference. hope i can be of help
