it all depends on the vehicle, weight, stock/mods, etc.... there are 2 people in my local f-body club that just got their cars dyno'd and were only making 255 & 265(to the wheels) out of an LT1, one was a Camaro and another was a Formula

Depends on how much$$$$ you want to spend

. Do you have a 350 you want to build or do you want to buy an aftermarket block and build one?

It all depends on what you want to put in it and how much money you want to spend.

how is it possible to get your f-body dyno'd and come up with 265 rwhp if its rated at 275

They use a chassis dyno, not an engine dyno. There is usually a 20% to 30% power loss between the engine and the wheels. Also Alih didn't mention if the cars had mods or not, but to produce that amount of RWHP they had to have some mods.

ok well one is 94 formula it has function ram air hood, hyper tech super chip box, skip shift eliminator, magnaflow muffler and tips, and a 6 speed t56 it was dyno'd at 255 wrhp and 305 torq
the other was a 95 z28 has shorty headers, high flow cat, dynomax muffer, cold air with KNN filter, 52 throttle body, IAT relocated and now the new program/chip from Pro Street Performance. i believe that was dyno'd at 265. i was told that 275 was rated to the crank not the wheels

bro hp doesnt come from weight. the weight would just be the speed/times of the cars HP.

i would have to say no more than 450 because i seen 347 making 415 hp.so i think i reliable 350 would be around 425

There is a kit in summit that gives your 350 425 advertised hp. If you then make it into a 383 stroker (400 crank and bore it out), that gives more power, but not sure how much. Then super charge it thats 25-75% more hp, then add a 75-350 horse shot of nos. Well thats 556-1093+ hp.
