ok i was like 19 when that pumpkin thing happened.
the giant pumpkin was in front of some assholes house that we knew. he didnt grow it.
im 26 now
you think im still out smashing pumpkins and causing mischief on a daily basis? no
ive got it going to good to fxck up what i got.
and i never said stealing is right.
i said getting drunk and smashing produce is fun.

Stealing is wrong, no doubt.
But vandalism is ftl too. I maintain all the computers on a college campus (student labs, faculty, and staff). Students will make wallpapers pornographic images, rearrange keys on keyboards in alphabetical order, go around unplugging stuff, printing 1000s of pages of trash (no cost to them), peeing in computers (yes, it''s true), all kinds of crap. I know they think it''s funny and that they''re trying to get the most out of their "college experience." But I have to clean all that **** up. Whatever mischievous crap you do, someone has to clean up. Think you''re helping the economy by creating jobs for the country, i.e., watermelon-cleaner-uppers? Not really. I''m already under-paid and over-worked without all the pissed-on computers I have to clean up.
That''s okay. Someday you''ll have a job where some kid is ****ting on you and making your life hell. Just wait.

so in high school we had Macs like every other high school. (this was 1998-99)
so im in the library for my career options class and were screwing around. and my friends know that i know about computers and theyre all trying to tell me to hack some shxt or something dumb. so im like no, but i will do something funny.
i type B!TCH (actual spelling, we hated our teacher) about ten times then copy paste copy paste copy paste.....
till i fill like 20 pages with just that word. ctrl-A. and select speech function. the computer starts saying b!tch over and over again.
i unplug the keyboard and mouse from the back of the case and walk away.
needless to say it kept repeating the word and when the teacher realized what was going on she went over there (im long gone by then watching from a window) it took her, the librarian and two other teachers about 15 minutes to firgue what had hapened and stopped it.
meanwhile the whole class is ROTFL. the teacher got so mad she started crying and we (the whole class) were banned from the library for the rest of the year.
i thought it was hilarious and no real damage done.
cept maybe to the teacher emotions and mental state

I understand the whole stealing and then vandalizing something with the stolen goods part. All 13 - 15 year olds are into that these days. I just dont see why someone old enough to drive would be hanging out with you.
As far as the warrant goes. You have nothing to worry about, even if they did get you on video doing this stuff, they still need to positively ID you, and then convince a judge to issue a warant for this petty stuff, but you shouldn''t worry about it - they dont usually issue warrants for 13 - 15 year olds.
The part I dont understand is why would you put this all over the net, did I actually see a pic from another site of you doing this? Maybe I am confused. And, what kind of home do you come from that you were raised thinking this type of conduct would be OK, or even funny?
When you are old enough to understand this you will thank me, but real men (first off, would never do this) would go back and pay for the mellons and then go and offer to clean the statues.

very simply son saying "its okay everybody does it" is the problem with america that is the exact issue with our country that people think becuse others get away with its okay for your too. chooseing to say eh nobody cares....is exactly right in bad communitys people dont care and then soon cops dont care anymore and when sombody does come to your home to take your car or your things and you call sombody and the cops take 3 hours to arrive and your neighbors might have saw sombody but they just werent really looking. its by this patern of behavior that we decend into riot and wide spread theft....we may be headed for resession but stealing will not help... when you steal from the bussiness it helps you that one time but then the store looses money to recoop there losses they will raise prices and your community will suffer....
all of this has reminded me of one of the best quotes from my favorite movie
