Hey, I just joined the CamaroForum legion and was hoping for some help. I have had my 93' 3.4L Camaro for over a year now and the base output just isn't enough anymore. I work at a parts store and race my coworkers almost every night. I am pretty well matched against a 89 Civic with a 93' SI motor and some work done to it, but I want to graduate to the next level. I just ordered up a $250 K&N intake kit that is supposed to get me an extra 16-18 horses. What should I do next though. I know exhaust is important, but I don't believe in advertising for something you cant back up, so I want to get the engine stuff done first if possible. But whatever you guys can help me with would be great.
P.S. I am new to the performance market so I have no idea about any of that. I do all my own work, as I am a mechanic, but when it comes to supers, turbos, cams, and all that I am lost. Thanks.

Actually, more importantly, how do I kill the 110 MPH governor. I haven't looked into it so I am not even sure if it is electronic or mechanical. Insight there would be great too.
