New ZR1

Have you guys seen the new ZR1, these things are amazing. I think i might have to take out a second mortgage and order one!

Sick! That's all I can say. That's right sick cause once they reveal the price I'll prolly barf!!! It's going to be the first Vette with a gas tax. Still going to be bad ass!!!

Some of you debating the advantages of superchargers and turbochargers, may find it interesting that according to an artcle by SAE (society of automotive Engineers) the Eaton TVS 4 lobe supercharger, used in the LS9, approaches the efficiency of a turbocharger, only drawing 300 Watt ( 1/2 HP at cruising speed). http://www.sae.org/automag/techreport/02-2008/1-116-2-26.pdf

yeah they really are sick, i saw one at an auto show around here. theyre really amazing

seen it at the detroit auto show. You have to see it in person up close.

That new Eaton blower is going to be amazing.  Since it's smaller and more efficient than any before it, maybe we can finally find some place to fit it under the stock hood!

sorry, can't get over that hood window. Think the car is ok but i'd rather have a Viper ACR
