Just droppin in to say what''s up. Texas 1980 Camaro Owner here. Just signed up to get a few tips. I have had the car since 94 and have never gotten to drive it. Long story for the reason. Long story short, good ol'' Dad hired a super duper shade tree mechanic to get my camaro running and the dude had no clue what he was doing. Parts got lost, stolen, borrowed without return all that good stuff. Got left with a camaro shell and a bare 305 block. Now year 2008, 14 years later, I finally get the itch to get my camaro going. Things are coming together pretty well. Building the "SS" they should have built in 1980. I hope to find some good info on here to help me complete my car.
