newcomer

hey there everyone! yep, i'm a newbee!!  i'm gonna fill ya'll in a little bit here.....i've had this dream to have a camaro since i was 16.  well, last august that dream finally came true!!  i'm now 19, and have had my baby for abour 6 months...now, she's really nothing to look at, and being a "starving" college student, she'll probly stay that way for a while.  it's a red '89 RS with T-tops.  it's all pretty much original, but there are a few quirks that i'm just not sure about...which i'll ask about later.  i just wanted to introduce myself, before i jump in here!!   : ) 

Hey Kate well I just got a camaro too. It's a 94 v6. I've always wanted one as well. What do you want to put in your? I have some stuff lined up for it.

sweet.....do the 4th gens come with v6 and v8??  my dad and i looked at a '95 a while back, and it also had a v6.....that deal didn't go through, cause i wanted somethin bigger!!  : )    ok, i'm not sure i know what you mean by that second to last sentence.... are you talking engines?? or something else?

my '89 has a 305 v8.  i don't think it is the original engine, but i could be wrong....there's a lot of replaced stuff in there and i don't know.  like i said in my first post.....she has a few quirks!  for instance:  the title says '89 rs, so i assume that it is.(and i'm sure that it is)  but i've checked the taillights, and they are '82 z28 lights.  did someone get in an accident with my car??  or did they just change them because they liked that year better??  i wanna know this stuff!  oh, and that reminds me, do you know of a website where i can check the VIN # of my car??
