NFS Pro Stock

anyon been playin this?  rented it monday and beat most of it already, but the wheelie competitions are kickin my ass.  I can pull a wheelie, but cant keep it up.  dont know if my car choice is just wrong, ive been using the cuda, anyone else figure this out?

I pulled a 1320ft wheelie in my 70 Chevelle in that game 

All I did was mod it out completely and got max grip

i think it may be my car choice, the hemi cuda is sweet, but the throttle response sucks ass.  as soon as I let off it falls, nothing I can do about it.

i use a supra for all drags... in 3rd gear, use your nitrous, and redline shift. you'll keep a wheelie up. yea. chevelle is great too..

i hate the @^*#ing drifts. i beat all but the drift king and the drift's for Ryo. i cant seem to break 2k on a drift, even when i drift the whole course.. literally the whole course.

and keep the throttle in even when you shift. dont let off the trigger.

Need for speed Prostreet. Im the Street King... beat it awhile ago. late model GTO drift car, Nissan GT-R grip car, Ford GT speed car, Corvette Z06 drag car. Best game i ever owned... sad to have beaten it because now ill probably never play it again.. but thats why i have guitar hero 3
 

Yeah, you can set your car up too, go for the lowest air pressure in the rear tires with a really stiff suspension (just for wheelies that is). I started off using my Chevelle for all my drags but then I got a Z06 and used it for drags and set up the Chevelle specifically for wheelies/looking badass. The Z06 was CRAZY fast as a drag car, depending on when I hit the nitrous, it would actually lift up off the ground and start flipping through the air and stuff. I think it ran like low 6's or something like that. I just rented it not long after it came out, I can't really afford to buy too many games . I got close to beating it, I was working on a couple of the kings, including Ryo, and then I just got bored with it. It gets pretty monotonous after a while.

i use a supra drag car FTW, sometimes use the chevelle, evoX, or STI for grip, Viper Corvette and 09 Camaro for drift.. depending on how im feeling, and either a GTR34 ford GT, or a mircilago for speed.. usually the lambo

farthest wheelie:1319. usually around a 1312.
fastest 1/4 is 6.9
fastest 1/2 is 9.4(i think)
highest drift is 6xxx, and the rest seem to fall short of 2k
most points on a race was 13xxx. a grip challenge.

ill try out some different cars, cuz i cant get over 200 feet and the damn thing just falls down.. it has over 800 hp so i dont think thats the issue

nah. i was doing em with my chevelle at 500.  try drastically decreasing tire pressure.  i've done it with the HEMI before.. but try the chevelle lol. my supra is around 1300 HP so to high HP isnt a issue.

My Chevelle had less than 600 if I remember right, defnitely not more than 700, and I pulled that 1320ft wheelie with it. Just mess around with the set up and lower the air pressure, raise the ride height, and stiffen the suspension. Don't be afraid to use stage 3 nitrous when you're doing a wheelie either, it can get pretty hairy, but I always held off until my Chevelle just barely started to drop down and then I'd hit the nitrous and it would come flying back up.

i total my supra on 1/3 of the races... goes all over the place. especially doing wheelies.

i have the default tire pressure and i can make it over 1000ft in my z06, its all about shifting and nitrous use.

I'm the drag king and the women that you have to beat has a slow mustang.
For the wheelie you have to soften up your rear suspension I use the gto and my longest is 1340 ft. It will work

Use camaro SS for 1/4 mile mine runs mid 7's and 12's in the 1/2 mile.

It's more widely known/used as for the win, whenever I use it that's what I mean.

Pro street is a good game, I'm kind of bored with it. Maxed Viper pulling 1300ft wheelies.

and a Pagani for the speed courses, but flipping sucks hah

yeah.. it seems once you beat the "story line" it gets boring... ill sell mine 30 bucks+shipping to the first bidder which i believe was army, if you still want it its yours I bought it for 40+tax like a month ago. (Its for the Wii btw)

oops, sorry I got an xbox 360. Never played a Wii actually is it pretty cool?

Yeah you hold the thing like a steering wheel. Then when you drag u flick it to shift. Pretty baller.
 
I would just like to say tho that the Ford GT was the worst thing i ever invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into... i bought it as my speed car and ive done everything to make the handling and stability primo.. but when i hit 5th gear doin 200mph any little turn i try to make turns into a struggle to maintain control of the damn car.. i did everything i could.. wider tires.. better suspension.. mods.. tire pressure.. and it still handles like crap..

loosen the steering for speed cars.  otherwise its a complete bitch with about any car u do at high speeds.  I use the z06 and that thing is intense in the speed comps.  i need to change mine too

I did my first wheelie comp. last night using the car the thing set me up with, a Chevelle with 800hp. I pulled a wheelie over 1300ft my first try.
