The seals for the T-tops are not simple by any means.  I have had a small leak for a long time with mine and I have not yet tracked it down.  Where the water comes in does not mean that is where the leak it.  Does it do it under high pressure as in a car wash (something you should avoid) or in heavy rains or whenever it rains.

i cant seem to pull up your included picture but in my experience a aeresol spray silicone will prevent water from wicking and causing leaks on the seals. this obviously wont help much for damaged pieces but ive seen it cure alot of problems as water will roll off rather than try to slide through    kurt

Yep does it in the car wash too, gah.
I know it's hard to find, when I get in the car I notice a leak between the t-tops and windshield, i think it's like this on both sides now.

Well, I have always kept mine armoralled and they have been in perfect shape but still one side will leak, but only under severe heavy rain or car wash.  I stay away from the T's at the car wash.  I the silicone spray that was recommended will help a lot.  The best thing is to keep those seals clean and free of dust and dirt and well lubed.  They are really expensive to replace.  I have had my GM dealer's body shop check mine and they can;t find the problem either.  I do think though that they do not latch down as tight as they used to and thus not creating a good seal.  The price we have to pay for the open air.
