Hi, this is my first post. I have a small problem with my transmission. My '81 Camaro originally had the 3.8L V6 with a TH350 transmission. It has been swapped for a 262ci V6 (V8 coming soon) and I believe that it still has the TH350 transmission. It seems like once the transmission gets hot, it doesn't shift right. It will shift from 1st to 2nd, but will not shift into 3rd. Sometimes, I have found that I can put it in Neutral (to let it rev down), and back into drive and it will shift into 3rd. Does anyone know what this could be? Is it some kind of adjustment that I need to make? Thanks!

not really...the only thing you can really do is change your fluid and flilter. and some tranny additive thats all you can really do with an auto tranny. unless you wanna just rebuild the unit
