I have removed my factory radio from the dash. I noticed that my car is wired with the old 3 plug design, which doesn't fit the wire harness I bought. So what do I do? Should I just buy a 3 plug harness or what?

You could go get the correct plug, or you can wire directly into the wires behind the plug, or you could cut the plug off and wire that way. Just depends on what you want. The cleanest way to do it is to get a plug from a store that fits. THe color combinations would match up better that way if you dont know what goes to where, and are afraid to figure it out on your own.

i just did one of these today..goto walmart they have the connection plug u take those 3 plugs and u plug them into the 3 plug connector that u buy at walmart and then that plug has all the wires on the other side of it to connect to the stereo wires and jus match color to color i think the plug is the 1970-1990 plug somtin like that u will no wat it is wen u see it
