I am tring to install a rear half floor pan in. I can't get the seat pan out?? I drilled out the spotwelds around the perimeter andit still won't move? Any suggestions or am I missing something?Thanks

I removed the 1 subframe bolt and still no go?

I think you are going to have to cut them all the way out. Angle grinder or plasma torch. If not I hope someone on here has a better idea because I am going to have to do the same thing this spring and thats how I plan on it.

Thats the only way I know of, just didn't want to tell some one to do it that way if there was a better way.

yup, you need to cut. make sure you leave enough old metal to stitch the new floor to

cut them out with a cut off grinder.that way you dont warp the metal.leave about 1-2" to give you something to weld to.i set the pan inside the pan i was fixing to cut out and chalked a line all the way around it,removed the new pan.then i went about 1 or 2" above that line and this gave me plenty of metal to weld to.it was a little bit of a tight fit,but once you got them in there they were snug and ready to weld.
