I've been doing a lot of research the past couple of days on how to upgrade my 97 Camaro RS. After some leads and not much luck, finally, I found a site called superexhaust.com... I was unable to find a Programmer but did come across some intriguing options from a simple thermostat swap, air intake (which I already have), headers, cats and mufflers.

For easy access to some of these products, I have copied some URLs for anyone who is interested.

Hypertech Thermostat

You can find air intake systems on Ebay, where I bought my Full Air Intake with K&N chrome piping and cone filter.

Oh, and if anyone can find the Programmer, please make a post, Thanks.

I am not sure what programmers you are looking for. If you want a handheld unit, check with Jet or Hypertech. If you want a professional to reprogram your PCM to take all of your mods into account, you could go to tuner shop with a dyno and get the car tuned per the dyno results, or you can get the PCM tuned on an exchange
basis, based on how your engine is set up. You can email Alvin at Chips@pcmforless.com

Neither Jet nor Hypertech make a handheld programmer for the 97 3.8 to the best of my knowledge, thanks for the other suggestion though.
