Sorry for the delayed response. Haven't been online lately.

Yes, the gun sprays fine... for primer. I'll be looking at using the DeVilbiss guns for the color coats. But, that little gun did just fine with 3 various primers I have used so far. I've shot Self-Etching Primer for SEM, Epoxy Primer form PPG and the Filler Primer from PCL. (It's like the old K200 stuff).

This seems to be the best value I have found for me on guns. From the reviews I read most people that bought it like the guns but hate the plastic cups. Thats ok with me cause I bought the Costco gun as a primer gun and it cam with 4 of each of the metal cups.

Every once in awhile Eastwood does free shipping. I have no idea how long the sale is for but if I remember right these are the "winter" prices and one the weather changes they will go back to normal cost.

Let me know if you find a better deal out the please. Or if you find any negitve stuff about these.

The link was broken. Maybe the sale is over?
This is the one I plan on getting this Spring. I've shot with Binks before and I like them as well as the DeVilbiss.

Not yet. Too cold to spray.
I'm working on the motor now.

Hey man,
I just bought that gun, brand new, on eBay from Eastwood for $99.99 plus shipping ( i don't remember what I paid for shipping but it was reasonable)...  there were a couple of them on there... There is one right now... Save yourself the 40 some odd bucks and get it on eBay...

I would like your opinion on sheetmetal replacement . Is it easies to cut out an 80% rear quarter panel or replace the entire quarter with sail and pillar ?   This is my first complete redo an not an expert but an not completely ignorant as to cars either . have a spot welder and a mig welder have used both in the past and can operate properly . Am debating weather to attempt my self or send to body shop.

In my opinion, it seems better form to replace the entire thing.  I know there are people who just replace the 80% but I think it makes for a better repair...HOWEVER, if you haven't done anything like this before, you can really jack it up cause more problems than you really want....

Hey!! It's been a while since I poked my head in here, the camaro looks dope with the primer laid on it.  How's the motor coming along?
