I personally have never seen painted rims that don't look painted no matter how good you are at painting. The paint starts to chip away with the rocks, heat ...etc. You can get black rims off of ebay or Tomzwheels for about $500 new. I know its not $30 but I've never been a fan of doing things half assed on a Camaro. Just my .02
