I just learned something new.. My headlights had turned yellow, tarnished like... a friend of mine recommended I use toothpaste and a damp towel.. I actually laughed at first but you know what, it worked. And I found it worked better with a green scuff pad and toothpaste.. anyhow, if your headlights are tarnished, give it a try, it worked for me.

you mean ur headlights lens were foggy because my left one is foggy looking

Yeah... mine just happened to be a yellowish color.. but yeah, they were foggy.  If its on the inside I really dont know what to do about it,, but if its on the outside toothpaste will clean it... Takes some elbow grease, but it works...   DO NOT use rubbing compound... it will scratch your lenses.

2000 GRIT WET SAND PAPER AND SOME WATER
SAND IT TILL IT IS SMOOTH AND CLEAR AGAIN
WOOL PAD AND SOME 3M RUBBING COMPOUND
VARIABLE SPEED BUFFER AND GUESS WHAT


THEY ARE NEW AGAIN
"BE SURE TO TAPE OFF ANY SHARP EDGES SUCH AS FENDERS, FRONT BUMPERS AND RAISE THE HOOD WHEN DOING THIS "COVER THE ENGINE SO COMPOUND DOES GET ON THE ENGINE".
WASH CAR WHEN DONE TO CLEAN OFF ANY RESIDUAL COMPOUND.

Me too, maybe he'll tell us where he got that.  Is it paint or 'stick-on'?  I tried to get a pinstriper to do mine (front & rear) but he wasn't interested!

toothpaste and a toothbrush works alittle, you may need sand paper or a scruff pad like chrls_vns.
