Hey, you are making progress.  Sometimes I find that is all that matters.  It is coming right along though, and think of the satisfaction all this work will bring to you.

Looking good!!  (Familiar too)

THanks man, I appreciate it.

I didn't really realize that the front corners are much more tied together than I had first thought.  There is a lot of overlapping in the metal structure of the car that is going to make completely replacing the floor tricky... But I'll do it because this thing is not going to beat me!!!

So I had a really abd day at work today so I took all of my frustrations out on my car.  It is amazing to me how theraputic taking this car down to its bare structure is for me... it needs to get worse before it can get better...right? Right.

So here is the rear with the axle removed

Here is the floor that is no longer there,.. Well, most of it is gone now, the aft thirds is still there... That is going to be a little difficult because it ties into the Rear frame rails and the inner wheelhouses and whatnot...

Here is a pic of me after working on my car... I know it's cheesy but at least you can put a face to the name...

So I am really worried that I am going to have a hard time titling, registering and insuring this thing...  It is not a salvage and never has been.  I have a bill of sale from Alabama where I bought the car... but that is it...

Does anyone have any advice on how to do this stuff?  I would appreciate any sort of advice...

As for your title issue, different states call it different things. In Iowa it is called a bonded title, where after you apply they send a guy out and he looks over your car to make sure it's legit and then the state gives you a bonded title meaning that in 3 years it becomes a real title.... unless you sell the car then it turns into a pumpkin.
Well, the new owner has to start the process over again.
