oh gosh durnit u guys! there arent enough of us that frequent this board to not all know this by now. heres something for u, my car made 331RWhp when I had a 2.5" catted ypipe, catback, lid, and lower intake scoop and EGR/AIR deletes. thats in the 380hp range and the guy running the dyno said it was high, but still in acceptable ranges for a mildly modified car. the motors were unerrated from the factory. my dyno slips are in the OFFICIAL HORSE POWER THREAD in general tech. if u guys have any u should post them up

i havent heard of the lt1 being underrated. most people accept the 285. as for the redline, my car made 310rwt across the band, about as flat as u could ask for.
