i have found some dynamat http://www.uscaraudio.com/cgi-bin/usstore.cgi?user_action=detail&catalogno=10455 at www.uscaraudio.com and was wondering if dynamat really helps? should i buy it?

Andy, depends on what you want it to do. It works good if you are trying to eliminate rattles or road noise in the interior. You may find you need to put on multiple layers of it if you have alot of rattles though.
