The Edelbrock LT1/LT4 intake will flow no different than stock, and it probably wont' make much more power due to the "Air Gap."  Air gap was a thing from the carb era where it would make a difference, but with EFI it's not going to matter that much.  Plus, on a stock motor you really aren't going to benefit from a new intake manifold, you haven't even approached its max flow.  Same thing goes for the throttle body, you really aren't going to see any real benefit from a 58mm TB until you're making around 400+ wheel HP.  If you're set on getting a new TB I'd go Holley over BBK...Instead I'd suggest getting a full K&N or Moroso Cold Air Intake as well as a cat-back exhaust system.  If you have enough left over, you can think about some Dynatech Long Tube headers and a new Y pipe, but all that together is a pretty expensive venture.  You won't get full potential out of internal engine parts until you have the flow into and out of the engine to a good level.
