Update:

I started the car for the first time last night.  I'm very new to this new MS2 chip installed in the standalone, so although I got it running, it's not running very good yet.  I need to change the oil out to flush out the assembly lube, and figure out what I can do to get the fuel tables at least somewhat stable.  I threw in 440cc injectors just to figure out the new software without having to also tune injector P&H times, etc.  So tonight, I should be able to tune it at least good enough to get on the road and learn the software, and then put the big injectors in later on in the week and just scale the tune back and get high boost tuned.  The project is finally coming to a close, and I'm counting down the seconds until I get to boost her for the first time.

Edit:
Drove her to the grocery store last night.  Now I've got enough run time on it that I'll change out the oil.  The tune is still pretty poor, but I'm working on getting the curve to where it needs to be so I can pop in the bigger injectors.  Thursday, I'll have most of the day to play with it, so I should have at least 2.5 BAR tuned in.  Then it's time to schedule dyno time to dial in up close to 3 BAR.

Well, now I broke the charger cable for my laptop, so I can't even tune it until the replacement gets here.  But it's ready to drive.  My guess?  I'd have to say my guess is 380.  I'd like to say 400, but I think that's a bit optomistic.

Either way, I bet that things going to be a rocket once you get it dialed in. How much does it weigh as it sits?

Not sure, but it was 2350 with most of the interior left in it.  During the engine build, I removed the remainder of the interior, with the exception of the dash, removed power steering, removed the windshield sprayer and all associated equipment and lines, removed the heater lines (I still have to pull the core out, but that's quite a job in itself) and went to town with a sawzall on the rear deck seeing as I don't have a stereo in it.  Also pulled the tar paper off the floor, and cut out unnecessary wiring.  It's still a job in progress, but I think I probably have it down to around 2150-2200.  I still have a bunch of evap equipment to remove, as well as some more unnecessary sheet metal that used to retain cosmetic amenities, but I should have it down to 2000, or very close to it once I'm done pulling and sawing everything else out that I don't need.

I'm counting down the moments until I can bring it out on the open road and tune it.  Heck, I'd even settle for low boost at this point I'm so anxious to take it out.  Now it's time to see if the fuel system is up for the task.  With only a walbro 255lph pump, it's going to be close, but I have a fuel pressure accumulator/damper on the way that should help keep pressure in the rail up at torque peak.

I think a few of us are, though we all know this stuff takes time.

Sorry about taking so long y'all.  The engine runs like a champ, but the transmission blew up.  I also beefed it up at the same time in an attempt to actually get traction before 4th gear, but the differential was bad, and destroyed the trans in 1/2 mile.  I have another one, but working close to 60 hours a week doesn't leave much time for installing it.  Hopefully I can get the car back on the road tomorrow so I can start tuning.
