thats right boys and girl. my spring kit and rods finally came in off back order. I had to change the rods from thunder racing to comp, because the TR rods were still out, but they cut me a deal so it only cost me 10 dollars more.

moral of the story: I can now re-commence project "If you thought Specter's TA was faster than Yenko's Ion before, then...." YAY!

ya, the cam has been in, but the springs and rods were on back order, so i had to sideline the project. now i can finish it up

The springs remind me of the cookies that have way to much frosting that walmart sells, i guess its just the packageing lol... anyway... will the comp rods perform better than the TR rods? Its hard to convey emotion in a post but you seemd depressed to not get the TR's.

they are supposed to be better, but they were more expensive. what happened was the TR rods were still out, so they gave me half the difference or something like that and just sent me the comps. im cool with it, cuz my buddy bought them too, but he is sticking with TR and still hasnt gotten his yet

btw, im just waiting for yenko to catch wind of this thread and start whining about the first post
