That's acceptable too as far as I'm concerned. Why don't you put together 2 or 3 lists that you can work with and start a poll?

Maybe we could go with that list but divide up the 2 gen sections into specifics

1) 1st Gen
2) 2nd Gen: early (chrome bumpers)
3) 3rd Gen:
4) 4th Gen: 93-97
5) V6
6) 1st
7)  2nd: late (plastic/aluminum bumpers)
8)  3rd:
9) 4th 98-2002
10) 13-15+ sec. club
11) 12 or less sec. club
12) Camaro Outsiders club

The only problem is I can't think of anything definative for the 1st and 3rd gens...

we could split up the 3rd gens by pre-TPI (before 87) and post-TPI (after 87)

they dont all necessarily have to be split. we dont want to restrict the entries so far that we have only a handful of cars that fit the catagory.  kinda weak if u already know u will get nominated for ROTM

I think it may be best to leave 1st and 2nd gens alone and just let it open to ROTM twice a year (you cannot win twice in one years time so thats not an issue).   However, the 4th gens could really get split up by 97/98.  there are enough of those guys running around here to keep that interesting.
