that is your opinion. but there has already been pretty universal support for 1 month out of 12 with non-camaro cars eligible. That is hardly grounds to hate on camaroforums, especially keeping in mind that ROTM recently hasnt had much activity at all. This thread really should be locked, and all of this discussion belongs in the "catagories" thread

u have actually missed alot.
those who originally did it did a great job but havent been around. leaving other mods to pick up the slack when they dont necessarily have the time. This is why we are discussing these things, because we want to make ROTM fun for every member on the site. that doesnt necessarily mean we HAVE to include a month for non-camaro's but if u check out the catagories thread u may see u will be outvoted pretty quickly. The key thing is we want a good competition, something that will draw alot of attention. thats how we make ROTM fun.
if u have something to say on this matter go discuss it in the ROTM catagories thread. that is why that thread was made.
if you feel so strongly about this we can reinclude outsiders into the catagory vote (due to the fact that everyone included it in the list they would like to see, it was just given a slot). We have already said that all of the months will be camaro only because this is a camaro forum. head into that thread, give some suggestions. if you are only going to poopoo on ideas without offering some to replace them (after all, we need to fill 12 monts, and 3 sets of 1-4th gen rotm is pretty freaking boring) dont waste ur time.

meteor, its important that u understand me too. If i currently had the ability i would just lock this thread with a link to the catagory thread. that is where this discussion belongs. Because it is the set lists we generate there that will get voted on. if you dont like a catagory but werent involved there its nobody's fault but your own.
Everyone wants to be ride of the month. but we need to remember that this is a camaro forum and above all else ROTM is for them. fortunately for u and I most of the guys in the other thread have supported the idea of a non-camaro month, but even I as an outsider wouldnt want more than 1 per year. But I have intentionally kept my feelings quiet (even tho its should be obvious that i would support such a month too  ) because of the responsibility im going to have to this forum. I cant go pushing my wants on the rest of the guys just because i have the ability. Like i said, if u guys have any disagreements or wishes for the catagories, go talk about it in the appropriate thread.
