I'm assuming you're talking about the cat. If you get emissions tested, no. Even if you don't, there's not a whole lot of power to be gained.

i was actually talking about the muffler. but i went today and got magnaflows put on. not too loud (v6) but a good sound.

If you took the time and money to get the Magnaflow muffler put on, why would you take it off?

i had the stock exhaust   was trying to decide if i wanted to straight pipe it or put magnaflows on it.

i dont have emissions testing   when do yall people that do have yours? i have never heard of it in sc.

yeah   the guy told me it would sound ricey if i straight piped it.....it sounds pretty good

Emissions testing is usually part of the process when having to renew your inspection sticker. Not all areas have it.

oh. ok. just wondering when the crap yall people had these things....i love the tone of my exhaust now just hate the it is really not loud at all. only makes a noise when you slam the gas lol.

thats how mine is now and I love it.

idle and cruising u dont hear much of anything, but it starts barking as soon as i just tap the gas.   gets peoples attention
