hi, i wanted to know approx. how much it would cost to convert my automatic 93 lt1 camaro to a 6speed manual transmission.

and what transmission would you reccomend?

Enough so you may as well just sell your auto and go buy a car with a stick- the tranny is a T-56

i would say between $1,000 to $2,000, depends on if you can get a deal on a trans. make sure if you do go through with the swap you get all the parts off a 97 and older car, 98 up do not swap over.

as much as i want to do the swap, i dont think its worth it. So id just sell your car and buy a 6 speed camaro
