I have an 89 rs with about 67k on the odometer. I was driving home last night, and everything was going great until I pulled up to a stop sign and it just puttered out and died. I got home (I had to keep one foot on the brake and one on the gas, because if I let it get under 1500, it will die) and tried to start it, but it wouldn't start w/o my foot on the accelerator. I tried again this morning and no change (big surprise). I pulled all of the plugs, and it's definitely running rich, I also jumped the diagnostic port and it gave me codes 32, 34, & 45 (I haven't had time to pursue any, and 32 has been there since I have owned the car). The only thing I noticed is that I've developed a water leak at the junction screwed into the intake manifold under the throttle body and it ran pretty low on coolant, but not low enough to vapor-lock. Also, it appeard to have had pretty high oil pressure at some point (I didn't notice the gauge), b/c I noticed that it appeared oil had blown out of every place on the valve cover it could possibly get out. Now I'm fairly skilled in the art of the grease monkey (top of my class at tech-school) so don't be afraid to use big words. I just don't have the time or equipment to pursue this at the moment and I'm wondering if there are any tendencies or recurring issues that somebody more familiar with this car can help me with. BTW, I'm going to borrow a compression gauge and a fuel pressure gauge from a friend later, so I'll post those results when I get them. Any help will be muchly appreciated.
