what is the bolt pattern for a 95 z28 and is it the same as a 98-02 model

The bolt pattern for?

I'm assuming you mean the wheels, because that's the most common "bolt pattern" and if that's the case, yes it is. It's actually the same as the Corvette as well, so if you're looking for wheels you can use those as well.
