That's a damn nice bike there, bro. I've wanted a motorcycle ever since I drove one around when I was in Indonesia (a real bike, not those scooters that look like motorcycles) a few years ago. Downshifting was a bit of a problem for me though.

Yeah, after sitting in the garage for 18 years, we pulled it out, put on slicks, and made a few runs at woodburn. It's fastest this year was a 10.7, with almost no compression. The barrel has been bored so far, that the guy pulled the sleeves, bored the aluminum, then put in sleeves. I think it has 72 mm pistons in it right now. It has a custom set of rick's trick 29mm Mikuni smooth bores for carbs. If we can have the pistons made and the barrel fixed, then we're going to run a heavy shot of nitrous, and install dad's new air shifter. We also have a racing seat for it, he just doesn't like the looks of it. I'll get a video on you tube soon.

I LOVE Nightsters! Wish I could afford one. I think I''ve settled on a Honda Shadow Spirit 750 as a first bike though.

That''s a nice bike. Kind of strange to me, as I''m used to seeing Harley''s with tons of chrome.

Me neither. To keep it looking good, you have to clean it more than you get to ride it.

That''s a nice Harley. I''m a Honda guy, but if I had my choice of a Harley, it would have to be a 1993 Dyna Wide Glide, 90th Anniversary edition, silver and blue paint, and longshots for pipes.

As for the yellow honda, we did sell it, and dad gave me $1000 of the $2200 we made off it. We sold it too cheap, it sold within 15 hours of posting the ad, my e-mail filled up, and we had like 10 people call. Should''ve sold it for $3000. But the pipes are aftermarket, and the originals are nearly impossible to get ahold of.
