Actually. I will say this much. So, shadow, sir, there is a concept known as FOIA. I suggest you do a quick google search of it to determine the implications of your story. We in the law enforcement comunity know of another concept refered to as ''request for assist'' I will explain this one to save you the effort of a lengthy google search. This later concept occurs when a cop can ask another cop a question about a case and get certain details (like if it really happened or not) without voilating the FOIA.

So, before I elaborate on a phone call placed to Kerman CA........

Not even close to "the Shocker", that picture is actually what the japanese call "concho"(sp?) and its very popular in japanese schools
