The car cranks but no start. Spark is good but fuel pressure at the rail is zero. I have some idea what to look for but don''t know how to proceed. For example

1. Fuse or relay blown: I could not find either the fuse or relay?
2. Fuel Pump bad: If I knew which wire or wires go to pump, I can check out the voltage if it is there or not and go from there. Or there could be another way.
3. Fuel filter bad: I changed this filter at 80K miles, it should not have been plugged up with only city driving. Even if it was I should have some pressure reading and not zero.

Your help will be very much appreciated to fix this problem.

last time i had this problem a was my fuel pump, i just sprayed the throtle body with some brake claner and it started right alway. you might want to try that just to start eliminating components.
