upper ball joints

I jacked my car up to today does the upper ball joints pose to look kind of cocked when the wheels are off the ground? any info please

Depends on what you mean by "cocked". The ball joints pivot at a different angle from the control arms to always keep the wheels vertical. If you''re concerned about wear, you can jack up one front wheel at a time, slide a long bar under the tire and lift up on the bar. If the joints are bad, you will see some up and down slop movement at the ball joints.

I just put the ball joints in i dont know if i tighing the bolt down enogh any help?

A picture sure would come in handy. Are you talking about where it mounts to the control arm, like it may not be completely in place?
